Zebulon, NC

Welcome home in Wake County! Notice the Beautiful, Mashad, hand-woven rug. What a great way to make an entrance! Beautiful original oil on canvas used over a yew table. Hand painted lamp and bowl. This was a great way to make the inside correlate with the outside. A look down from the catwalk into this room. We believe that artwork should be used as a way to tie the fabrics together in a room. The room was too large, so we made two rooms out of one! The homeowners now enjoy the comforts of their cozy sunroom in the background.

Louisburg, NC

A Franklin County living room full of bold colors. Notice the mixture of fabrications which are only enhanced by the beautiful Oriental Rug. A view into the music room from the living area. There are three fabrics that work harmoniously with the rug.  A leather chair always complements the other furniture when used in the correct leather and style.

Carteret, NC

A beach home in Carteret County. The homeowners wanted a traditional home that did not have the character of a vacation home. All rooms have a beautiful view of the sound. Study and TV room. Master bedroom. Notice the beautiful mixtures of color. Here, you see a lively botanical print above the porcelain hand painted lamp.
A play with the color red in the master bedroom. We were able to make a little reading nook for our client. Gorgeous, dresser and mirror by Henkel Harris. Notice the botanicals which adorn either side of the mirror.

Pinehurst, NC

Welcome to our Pinehurst town home. This is the height of southern elegance! Another view of the living room.

Master bedroom. White was the color of the day in this room. This space was a "retreat" from the more formal areas or the home. Wonderful botanical prints with burled walnut frames. We did not move the little brown "husband" on the right out of this picture. Nonetheless, one can appreciate the beauty of these botanicals that adorn either side of this chest.

Rich Square, NC

A lovely formal living room in Rich Square, NC. This home needed some updating that would make the homeowners feel alive with color. A new sofa from Taylor King. Gorgeous sarouk rug on the living room floor. We recovered the lambrequin and added panels that can be drawn together.
These family chairs have remained with this family for well over 100 years. With time, the cushions became quite brittle and the chair, less than comforting. We made new cushions and selected a gorgeous fabric that will only enhace the room. The chairs look like new now. A view of the settee which was covered in the same fabric as the window covering.
The rust shag carpet was not open for discussion when trying to bring this room up to date! The new olive green sofa worked out great in this room. We quickly decided to add the oriental rug which seems to have been made for this room. New lamps work so well with the  rust carpet. Another view of the den. The two new leather chairs really looked lovely in this application.
Notice the wonderful oushak rug. The fabric chair and leather chair work so well with the rug in this room. The antique sofa in the living room. The sofa did not originally have the bolster pillows on either end. We thought this added a nice touch.

Rocky Mountain, NC
